Success Story

GHOSON Omar Al-Muhammad

The delicate GHOSON of a little girl not yet four months old.
Since birth, the little girl had been suffering, and her troubles began just days after she was born. The mother felt that her daughter couldn’t move her arms, and she became frightened for her child’s condition. Worried about her daughter’s well-being, and hindered by their financial situation, the family couldn’t afford the costs of treatment for the child. The mother was at a loss on how to help her daughter and felt despair and sadness seeing her unable to move her arms like other children. However, relief came when one of their relatives, who was receiving treatment at the Swasiah Center for prosthetics, heard about their situation. He advised her to go to the center, mentioning that it was completely free of charge. The mother was overjoyed, and she went to the center with a glimmer of hope, not expecting her daughter to regain mobility like other children

The treatment journey, doctor evaluation, physical therapy sessions, and psychological support
The child was examined by the center’s doctor, who assessed the condition, diagnosing brachial plexus injury. The doctor then devised an appropriate treatment plan to begin physical therapy sessions and psychological support. After several sessions and diligent monitoring of the physical therapy plan, signs of improvement started to appear on the little girl. At this point, the mother’s joy was immense, and she expressed her gratitude to the technicians and staff at the center for all the services provided.

The services provided to Ghosoun, the child, at the center.
All available services at the Swasiah Center were provided, aiding in overcoming this ordeal and restoring her to her normal life.
